This typical blonde beer with a rather sweet aftertaste and high alcohol content is something very often consumed in Belgium. What would happen if you were to completely change this classic by adding Brettanomyces and letting it age in a cognac barrel afterwards?

Hazy dark amber colour, almost no foam. Vinous nose, some balsamico, cognac, sweet vanilla notes. Reminds me a bit of Vin de Cereal. Tart, fruity and vinous with sweet vanilla notes. Good.
