Bottle. dark brown color. Malty caramelly aroma with soft roast, Full bodied. Malty sweet flavor. Caramel, roast and dried fruit. Pleasant.

7 3 7 3 15Draft at Joost, Amsterdam. Fairly hazy brown with a tan head. Aroma of caramel, oak, chocolate, toffee, vanilla and light dark fruits. Flavour is light heavy sweet and moderate bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

33cl Bottle from Sterk. Brown colour, beige head. Aroma of peas, dust, husks, cocoa, cheap milk chocolate, hint of dark fruits. Flavour is medium sweet, hint of peas, cocoa, milk chocolate, dark fruits, bitter finish. Medium bodied. A bit off, and where's the promised oak?

Bottle. Color: Hazy ruby brown, beige to light brown head. Taste: Roasted malt, brown sugar, dried red fruit, caramel, raisins. Overall very malty, sweet, little bitterness. Medium body, above average carbonatuon. Needs some more bitterness and balance, in my opinion.

Dark brown with khaki head. Aroma of raisins, sweet malts, sugar. Taste is very sweet, dried fruits, raisin, plum, medium bitterness, some red fruits, some light sour fruit juice, soft carbo, alcoholic, oak, toffee, caramel, nuts, soft earthly notes, sharp plastic, fenols, a bit off-balance --- Beer merged from original tick of Capricorn on 25 May 2018 at 16:18 - Score: 6
