Clear dark yellow colour with thin head. Strong funk and acidity. Stone fruit. Some citrus fruit too.

Bottle from Beer Dudes. Color: Hazy orangish golden, white head. Aroma: Tart, peach, funky. Taste: Over moderate to medium tart, fruity peach, peach skin, tannins, oak wood, rural funk. Earthy. Dry mouthfeel. Wheat malt backbone. Medium body, just below average carbonation. Nice.

Ma Che draught, 5/12/24. Clear, maybe a hint of haze. Wispy, white head. Nose is initially light gorgonzola! Softening with breathing to soft, fruity, juicy peach and mild Brett, backed by round malts. No booze, moderate acidity. Juicy, fruity, so soft, great Brett and incredible peach expression. Reminds of the apricot expression in Fou. Malty, wheaty, dry, clean, balanced acidity.
