Dorée marqué, léger voile, col blanc.
Arôme est frais avec ce côté rhubarbe bien distinct et un apport de l’abricot qui arrive en retrait avec ces effluves de fruits à noyaux – je le trouve cependant un peu en retrait. A cela s’ajoute le côté léger du lambic pour une fine acidité.
Palais reprend les marqueurs de la rhubarbe avec une intensité végétale et ce caractère acidulé assez particulier. Petite note terreuse avec une fine rondeur de l’abricot qui arrive en retrait. Un apport de rhubarbe que j’apprécie bien dans ce genre de bière – ici, c’est subtile et complète le caractère du lambic.

Pretty clear light yellow blond beer, small creamy white head, a little stable, a bit adhesive. Aroma: good brett smell, nice complexity from the wild yeast, pretty herbal, wood notes, a little fruity, not really smelling the apricot or the rhubarb really… well, maybe just a hint of rhubarb, but that might be the power of suggestion. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: aaaah, here’s the full rhubarb flavour! Gentle acidity, pleasant and refreshing. Aftertaste: a little bitter, pleasant, earthy touch, herbal notes, more rhubarb, a bit lemony, juicy, zesty, nice stuff, not getting much apricot, but then again I first had the straight apricot version right before.
