Tap at Craft Bier Bar Hamburg. Cloudy golden, heavy carbonation, no head. Tart apricot fuzz aroma. Medium light body, dry fruit notes, has a nice summer taste to it. Light clay, soft sour notes, lovely dry, easy drink. Very pleasant fresh drink.

Tap at Craft Bier Bar Hamburg. Murky amber golden fizzy. Very tart nose, bretty funky fruity. Front heavy, wooden, very dry, tart fruity; apple rhubarb vanilla. Not sticky. Light, soft; easy to drink but still interesting.

Draught Small white rim over veiled yellowish golden beer. Onslaught of fresh stonefruit, apricot, nectarine,... Also lime, lemon, and of course horseblanket. Delicate fruity flavours on the background of farmyard, lemon and lots of lactic acid - and some fruitacids as well as some rhubarg. Obviously yellow stonefruit. Acidburn and -thinning; good carbonation, yet a certain fruitslickness. Hola, definitely one of Pierre's top tics. Fantastic fruitlambic, the more as usually, rhubarb tends to make it harshly sour.

Sample at the roost pours a lightly hazy gold with some cloudy white head. Nose does have the stone fruit. Reads more peach than apricot. White berry. Lemon. Light candy. Neutral wood. Green grape. Flavor has apricot and natural wine, floral, perhaps some tart rhubarb sneaking in otherwise it's confirmation bias. Medium full, tart finish.

Draft at Cafe Red Rosé. It pours clear golden - yellow with a thick, fluffy white head. The aroma is musty, funky, barnyard, zingy, tangy, juicy, crunchy apricot, peach, nectarine, fruit pie, rhubarb and sour candy. The taste is crisp, dry, snappy, minerality, apricot, peach, nectarine, quite smooth, light acidity, bright, rhubarb is there but mellow, dull lactic twang, subdued funk and some sour candy with a dry finish. Average body and spritzy carbonation. Super crushable.

On tap. Pours a dull amber with light head. Aromas of barnyard, apricot, and wheaty malts. Flavors follow same with additional rhubarb. Slight tart finish and fairly mellow overall. Pretty much as expected. Refreshing.

On tap at Fuggles Cafe Tonbridge. Clear gold orange colour lasting white head. Proper sour funk aroma. Clearly spontaneous fermentation. Good apricot flavour.sour rhubarb too. Its pretty awesome. Love the apricot flavour. Pretty sour. Got a good sour kick. Pretty good.

Fruity, tart taste with notes of lemon, rhubarb, apricots, peaches, barnyard and funk. Medium body, dry. Fresh and tasty, with a refreshing acidity. Very nice.
