T: sour yuzu & lime, slightly bitter herbs & grapefruit.
F: tart citrus zest, sourdough, grapefruit flesh.
P: medium body, slick texture, average carbonation.

Clear blond yellow beer, small creamy irregular white head, unstable, falls down quickly, non adhesive. Aroma: very lemony, juicy, fruity, some grapefruit, zesty. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: zesty, pretty sourish, very lemony, refreshing, gentle bitterness, juicy. Aftertaste: more citrus fruits, juicy, zesty, fruity, very nice acidity, clean, lovely beer!
