A light and sessionable fruited gose with Indian coriander seeds and Blackthorn sea salt. We fruited this one with tart cranberries and sweet raspberries for an overall well balanced gose.

Keg at The Growler. Hazy deep pink with a light pink head that holds well. Lively carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of cranberry and raspberry sorbet. Flavour of tart red berries and bitter lemonade. Medium body with a smooth texture. Light fizz. Very tart and juicy. It’s not my favourite beer style and although this is quite one dimensional, I enjoyed it.
