Distinctive Cascade floral and citrus flavours are complemented by Simcoe’s pine and tangerine notes, brightened with Citra’s tropical fruits.

From tap at In De Wildeman, Amsterdam. Aroma of malt, caramel, mild tropical fruits, some pine resin, some nuttiness, hop, slightly herbal-ish. Flavour is light to moderate sweet and medium bitter. Body is medium. Smooth and pleasant, easy malty IPA.

Thin beige head stayed on a murky light brown body - unusual colour for an IPA. Malt & stone fruit aroma. Medium body. Finely carbonated. Nothing on the back. This is a malty IPA with bitter citrus, mango & caramel. There’s something just lacking with this.

Bottle. Brownish coloured beer with a good head. The aroma is well hopped, and the flavour is very strongly hopped with plenty of dryness at the finish. Overall a very nice IPA. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Small yellowish head, with some transparent shards of lace ove hazy copperish orange beer. Cheesy hops, even a bit of ammonia, green leaves, lunaria, unripe banana. Bitter-leafy, bit of caramel, slightly earthy; quite dry. Medium bodied at best, some hopoils, rather low carbonation. Tastes not bad at all, but the nose is worthless, which is a pity to the whole.

Hazy deep gold - amber beer, tidy cream colour head. Palate is light, fairly dry. Thin and mildly sweet pale malts. Tangy orange peel hop. Floral orange. Light dry finish. It’s a bit thin and tangy. Weak compared to the other Eight Degrees IPAs I’ve tried.
