From tap at In De Wildeman, Amsterdam. Aroma of malt, caramel, mild tropical fruits, some pine resin, some nuttiness, hop, slightly herbal-ish. Flavour is light to moderate sweet and medium bitter. Body is medium. Smooth and pleasant, easy malty IPA.

Thin beige head stayed on a murky light brown body - unusual colour for an IPA. Malt & stone fruit aroma. Medium body. Finely carbonated. Nothing on the back. This is a malty IPA with bitter citrus, mango & caramel. There’s something just lacking with this.

Small yellowish head, with some transparent shards of lace ove hazy copperish orange beer. Cheesy hops, even a bit of ammonia, green leaves, lunaria, unripe banana. Bitter-leafy, bit of caramel, slightly earthy; quite dry. Medium bodied at best, some hopoils, rather low carbonation. Tastes not bad at all, but the nose is worthless, which is a pity to the whole.

Hazy deep gold - amber beer, tidy cream colour head. Palate is light, fairly dry. Thin and mildly sweet pale malts. Tangy orange peel hop. Floral orange. Light dry finish. It’s a bit thin and tangy. Weak compared to the other Eight Degrees IPAs I’ve tried.

Bottle from Callans, in mum and dads garden, 04/06/16. Lightly hazed orange amber with a decent off White head that soon dissipates to a swirl and edging. Nose is caramel malt, orange, faint spice, cantaloupe melon, light herbal rip. Taste comprises bitter orange, red grapefruit, caramel, bubblegum, toasted bread, faint spice and a light chalky mineral tickle. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close dashed with earthy hop bitterness. Adequate IPA.
