As part of our Barrel Aged project, where patience and constant evaluation are key, this beer highlights our dedication to craftsmanship. The complex malt bill gives it a full body with intense aromas of smoke and peat. These aromas are followed by flavors of espresso, malt, and dark chocolate. Through careful barrel aging, each batch is monitored and refined to ensure a perfect balance. The result is a rich, flavorful beer that embodies the art of brewing and the benefits of time and precision.

(Draught at Arendsnest, Amsterdam, 18 July 2024) Black colour with frothy, beige head. Malty, roasted nose with black coffee, Islay whisky, peat, tar and oak wood. Malty, roasted taste with notes of black coffee, cacao, liquorice, oak wood, Islay whisky, tar, peat and a balanced coffee bitterness. Full body, quite sweet. Rich and powerful, with a generous Islay whisky character. Very nice.

Can. Color: Black, brown head. Aroma: Roasted malt, subtle peat and coffee. Taste: Mix of roasted malt, peat, Whisky notes, subtle smoke and coffee and dark chocolate, hints of nuts. Creamy, smooth malty body. Over medium to full body. Over moderate switeet, moderate bitterness. I never was a fan of Two Chefs and hesitated to buy this one, but I'm glad I did. Well balanced, nice BA.
