(Bottle, Stockholm Beer & Whisky Festival, 25 Oct 2025) Hazy pale amber colour with foamy, off-white head. Fruity nose with notes of citrus, grapefruit, barnyard and yeast. Fruity, tart taste with citrus, grapefruit, yeast, barnyard and a fresh acidity in the finish. No bitterness. Almost full body, dry. Funky and tart with a generous acidity. Very nice.

Clear golden colour with thin head. Smokey forest floor. Sour pine. Burnt dried herbs and leaves.

On tap @Luppolo Station (Rome). Ambrata, abbastanza torbida, schiuma bianca leggera, abbastanza persistente. Al naso splendide note vinose, di tabacco, anche leggermente torbate, legno, erbe. In bocca è molto complessa, vinosa, leggermente abboccata all'attacco, acidità media, leggermente astringente, torba nel retrogusto. Corpo medio, carbonazione media. Uno spettacolo.

Almost clear deep golden beer with a beige head. Aroma of moderate peated malt, wood, tart grapes. Taste of sour grapes, brett, funk, refreshing dry sour finish.
