CANEDISENNE is a beer we brewed with our friends from Canediguerra (IT). It is a blond, bottom-fermented beer, generously dry-hopped with New Zealand hops. The aromas offer a perfect balance of florals and exotic fruit. In the taste, we find passion fruit, kumquat, and green papaya, blended with an enchanting touch of exotic flowers. A light sulfur character, typical of bottom-fermentation yeasts, gives the beer its distinct personality. Canedisenne has a mild bitterness, balanced by a fruity sweetness in the finish.

330 ml bottled 22 Oct 24. Yellow body, with a creamy head.
Aroma of white grapes, lemongrass, flowers, stone fruits, some dough. Tastes similar.
Medium mouthfeel, with an average carbonation. Finishes smooth, hoppy, citric, a bit piney.
Very quaffable and aromatic, with a beautiful NZ hop character. Lots of fruits and just enough malt body, perfectoy balanced.

330mL bottle, pours a cloudy dull orangey yellow with a medium white head. Aroma has some tangy hops, crisp biscuity malt, and gentle tropical fruitiness. Flavour is dry, with plenty of dry, citrusy hops, some tropical fruitiness, melon, and crisp biscuity malt. Dry, moderately bitter, crisp finish. Very good.

Helder lichtgeel bier met schuim wat snel inzakt. Smaak is bitterzoet met iets van mango, wat abrikoos, bloemen en wat hop. Mondgevoel is wat waterig en zwak, desondanks een heel redelijk en smaakvol bier.

Bottle from HoTM. It pours clear pale yellow with thick, rugged white head. The aroma is soft and clean, grass, light florals, pleasing fruitiness, white grape, melon, lychee and cracker. The taste is super crisp, dry, pleasing bitterness, grassy vibes, fragrant, rather floral, touch of peppery spice, twist of citrus, candied lemon and dry wood with a firmly dry finish. Average body, moderate lively carbonation and fluffy mouth feel. Exquisite carbonation. Well crafted and a joy to drink.
