Great balance. Riesling grape. Citrus and grapefruit. Hazy orange pour with great head and lacing. Tangy finish but well balanced and not too heavy. Bottle at Toronado.

pale golden color. Very sour nose with excellent oak barrel and resieling notes. Very balanced. The grapes add another layer. Very complex. Low carbonation very sour. Full body. Rounded. Excellent notes from the grape with a bit of horse blanket and hay. Wow.

Did't take full notes ( pre-brewver, post-ratebeer ), but from what I remember ( and scored on untappd ), this beer was pretty grape-forward. It was one of the better ones served today ( BXL beerfest 2019 - saturday ) , but it's less to my personal liking.

Sampled at BXL festival. Clear deep golden with small head. Funk, flowery, soft yoghurt, woody, dry cellar funk. Quite similar to unblended Lambic. Medium sour, light sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with sparkly carbonation.
