Bottle shared at CBJ - cheers to Dan. Pours clear red-brown with a creamy, light tan head. Medium sweet flavour with a lot of tangy fruits, a little toffee, quite dry, tannic. Medium to full bodied with fine, massaging carbonation. Drying finish, some leathery semi-dark fruits, mellow warmth. Good fun.

Bottle shared at the craft beer junction bermondsey tasting. Thanks to daniel. A clear reddy mahogany brown coloured pour with a halo of tan head. Aroma is semi sweet, orange marmelade, liquorice, brown sugars, musty grape, brown, stewed fruits, raisin. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, tangy, madeira wine, musty,, vinous fruit, green sweets, funk. Palate is semi sweet, tangy, rounded moderate carbonation.

Bottleshare at CBJ. Thanks to Dan. Almost clear deep amber beer, small pale tan head. Smooth and mildly dry palate, reasonable fine carbonation. Good toffee streak. Ripe fruits, rich. Pudding wine and raisin. Light and semi dry finish. Impressive. Very drinkable.

Bottle @ Belgium. Pours amber Brown with that small yet creamy bubbly Struise head. Lots of dried Dark fruit, vanilla, dessert Wine and caramel. Smooth, soft and full bodied. Pleasant suiting warmth from alcohol. Slight spicy linger. Nutmeg/anise. Sipper. Lovely.
