Bottle. Color: Lightly hazy golden, white head. Aroma: Tart fruity white grape and apple. Taste: Moderate to over moderate tartness, white grape, apple, apple peel, horse stable funk, some oak wood, tannins, minerals. Medium body, a bit over carbonated. Dry-ish mouthfeel. Ok.

0,375l bottle at home. BB 15.04.2034. Yellow hazy color, big white head. Smells grapes, white wine, stone fruits, earthy, tobacco, very nice smell. full body, soft carbonation. Tastes grapes, white wine, bit tanninic, stone fruits, peppery, earthy. Finishes lightly dry and lightly sour with notes of grapes, white wine and stone fruits. very nice one, a tad heavy, but lovely wine and stone fruit notes. very good to drink.

From bottle at Carnivale Brettanomyces. Wild and a bit funky with some nice muscat grape. Light bready grain. Mild to medium sour, smooth and balanced. Medium body. A treat.

Optisch goldocker und kräftig trüb. Die weiße, feinporige Schaumkrone zeigt sich dabei champagnerähnlich und mäßig gut haltbar. Die Duftaromatik überzeugt mit frischer Fruchtigkeit, leichtem Anklang von Muskattraube und angenehmen Wildhefecharakter. Der Antrunk kommt frisch, spritzig und fruchtig-säuerlich-herb. Das Mundgefühl wird von einem Körper mit ansprechender Fülle, feiner Rezenz, leicht cremiger Textur und angenehmer Trockenheit geprägt. Aromatisch und geschmacklich bleibt es weiterhin fruchtig mit schönem Muskat- und Wildhefecharakter, erfrischender Säure und zarter Herbe. So ergibt sich ein sehr stiltypisches, harmonisches, erfrischendes und den Erwartungen entsprechendes Gesamtbild. Die Drinkability darf man dabei als richtig gut bezeichnen. Trotz der 8,4 % Alkohol wirkt es in jeder Phase unglaublich leichtgängig und erfrischend. Im Nachtrunk dominieren eine leichte Säure, eine schöne Herbe, sowie ein leichter Frucht- und guter Wildhefecharakter. Fazit: Bier aus Österreich mit belgischem Antlitz auf hohem Niveau! Respekt!

Small white head over pale, pinkish light-copper beer. Grapes, if not necessarily muscat - unless they're unripe. Vinous, grapes, with a sudden sugarsurge. Long lasting aftertaste, getting drier. Better bodied, good carbonation, slick, dry. Surprising nose, not at al in line with the flavour. Not bad.
