Een samenwerking tussen Oersoep en De Kromme Haring uit Utrecht.

Een droge Pale Ale waar we voor het bottelen fruitige en pittige hoppen aan toe hebben gevoegd. Voor de vergisting hebben we gebruik gemaakt van Saccharomyces Trois en een New World Saison voor een heerlijke funky smaak.

Clear golden with a white head. Aroma of big Brett, barnyard, manure and citrus. Flavour is moderate sour. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Hazy eo blond with lasting head. Aroma and flavour have soapy funk. Coriander. Low carbonation. Slightly buttery.

Tap @ Van Moll Fest. Blonde. Bretty aroma. Apricot, onions. Brett dominating the flavor. Yeast, onion, citrus, salted water. Totally dry. Interesting.
