Slight hazy golden with a white head. Aroma of tart fruits, oak, funk, citrus, mineral and yoghurt. Flavour is moderate sweet and sour. Medium bodied with light carbonation.

Tap. #2. Blonde. Brett and apricot in the aroma. Hint of vanilla. Sour, bretty funky flavor, with apricot. Dry, floral. Nice.

On tap. Pours a dark amber with light head. Aromas of dull citrus, fruit esters, leather and grainy malts. Flavors of same with emphasis on stoned fruit and toasted malts.

750ml bottle [2nd edition]. Slightly cloudy. orangey golden colour with average, thick, frothy to creamy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Funky, floral and fruity aroma, notes of yellow stone fruit, grapefruit, hints of white pepper, dusty yeasty overtones. Taste is tart, slightly dry, tangy, oaky, some mild funk, diluted hints of yellow stone fruit, some grapefruit, minimally papery overtones.

Draft at beertemple. Aroma of tart grapefruit, oak, cherry, wheat and citrus. Taste has tart orange, vineus white grape, citrus, wheat and oak. Vineus fruity finish. Nice.

Al naso note di frutta gialla, mela annurca, leggero vinoso, sentori di stalla, legno. In bocca è acida abbastanza decisa, dritta, tagliente, leggermente tart. Corpo medio, carbonazione media. Notevole.

On tap @Beer Temple in Amsterdam. Fruit-juice pour with a tick milky head, stable and adhesive. Nose: aroma is quite fruity, funky a bit, vinous. Mouth: a bit watery (+), sourness is straight forward although in the end leaves room to a clean pepper note which invites to the next sip.
