Bottle thanks to my bro. It pours lightly hazy golden - blonde with a small bubbly white head. The aroma is musty, funky, vinous, white grape, gooseberry, soor plooms, crunchy green apple, pear, candy and sherbet. The taste is crispy, firmly dry, bitter, snappy, nip of acidity, funky, barnyard, fizzy cola bottles, sherbet, musty, damp hay, white grape, gooseberry, dry oak and tannin with a bone dry finish. Average body and fine, prickly carbonation. Nice funky son of gun.

(Draught at Beer Tempel, Amsterdam, 26 Aug 2019) Dark golden colour with frothy, white head. Fruity, sourish nose with notes of grapefruit, sour grapes and white wine. Fruity, tart taste with grapefruit, green grapes, apples, white wine, oak wood and a tart and dry finish with low bitterness. Medium body, dry. Fresh and tasty, with a good wine character. Nice one.
