Cask @ Waterhouse, Manchester. Golden with a small creamy head. The elderflower is potent, and more than evident in its taste, creating a very floral character for the ale.

Cask at the Old Fountain, 12/06/14. Clear pale golden with a moderate off white covering. Nose is floral, parma violets, citric twinges, herbal, straw, blueberry. Taste comprises elderflower, herbal tones, faint mint leaf, tangerine, floral hop light, tangerine. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, semi drying close with light bitterness. Ok golden blonde with a twist - surprised at the score this one attracts!

Cask at North Birmingham Beer Festival; clear amber pour with soapy white head, citrus and fruit aroma, definite elderflower in the taste a hint of citrus, refreshing.

Cask (handpump) @ GBBF 2012, Great British Beer Festival, London Olympia, Hammersmith Road, London, England W14 8UX.Clear medium orange yellow colour with a average, frothy - fizzy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, peppery, moderate to light heavy elderflowers. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration, soapy, elderflowers, fruity, fresh. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20120808]

Cask@GBBF2012. Yellowish golden colour, small white head. Aroma is elderflower, ginger, some sweet malts and mild herbal notes. Flavour is elderflower, sweet malts, some wooden and citrusy notes as well.

Cask @ Bon Accord. Clear golden colour, off-white head. Nose is lemonade and floral. Flavour is lemon, elderflower upfront, followed by biscuit malts. Quite fruity.

Gravicask at the Angel mini beer festival, Kelvedon. Clear pale gold beer, light semi dry palate, crispy. Sweet elderflower, very floral. Nicely balanced and nicely joined up to some orangey citrus hop. Clean and refreshing and something a little different. Nice!
