Tap at First, Dob Utca. Poured a hazy golden orange colour with little life. The aroma is big apricot. The flavour is moderate to light sour, light sweet, with a smooth, somewhat rich, light yeasty, juicy, tart, light acidic apricot palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. It all about the apricot but that’s fine. Billed as a gose, but more like a simple fruit beer.

Tap at Fermentoren, Copenhagen (FIRST Craft TTO) 17/08/2023 Tart fruity apricot prominence with a sprinkling of salt, medium to light bodied, with lots of apricot and salty infused tart finish. Great Gose.
