A premium cider drawing inspiration from winemaking rather than cidermaking. A pure expression of Kent from apples sourced from the Garden of England offering the most refreshing long drink. Unlike almost all commercial ciders, there is no concentrate used or water. This is 100% pure Kent apple juice, gently carbonated and extremely refreshing.

Clear, pale yellow pour with no head. Aromas of apples and yeast. Taste is tart apples, the yeast works well, giving some depth, other flavours are raisin and a hint of sweet bread.

Bottle purchased by MrsSHIG: Poured a clear with carbonated bubbles. Aroma is crisp apples, light pungent. Taste is carbonated, apples, tingly. Lively.

Bottle at home picked up from Waitrose. A clear pale petrol coloured pour with a fading fizz. Aroma is slightly tangy apple, dusting of white sugars, light wood note. Flavour is composed of crisp apple tang, clean, lemon squeeze, dry tangy finish. Palate is crisp and tangy, highish carbonation, bitter. Decent tasty stuff.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Yoav's place. Pale white wine golden. Nice juicy apples, a bit sourish, sweetish note. Nice.

Bottle at Prezzo, Farnborough. Vague sweet apple aroma. Palest gold. A few mm of white head, which is being charitable. Light sour with some sweetness. Thin. Watery. Average. Abrupt finish. Uber bland.

Bottle at home, 25/06/19. Clear pale yellow with a fast collapsing white head. Nose is apple pulp, grass, bitter sweet aroma. Taste comprises tangy apple, light tannins, more bitter sweet tones. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, crisp drying close. Ok easy refreshing easy drinker.

Bottle at Curious Brew Ashford. Clear very pale gold colour. lasting beige looks more like white wine. apple aroma. some acidity. more of a cide than a beer. some lemon apple acidity. I quite l8ked it. good carbonated fruit apple juice.

Bottle @ Copthorne Hotel, Salford Quays. Very pale clear yellow in colour. Slightly tangy, but stated with its apple. Slightly bitter.
