5500th rating, bottle. Pours a cloudy orange with small frothy white head. The aroma is strong brett, oak, citrus, lemon zest. Thin mouth, very tart, lemon, wood, funk, lingering sourness, really enjoyed this one.

Bottle thanks to Adneilsen! Pours clear orange (but there is a lot of sediment in the bottom of the bottle), small white head dissipates fairly slowly leaving nice residual and lacing. Aroma is funk, dust, citrus, pine. Flavor is dry, light plus tart, fruity, citrus, pine, Brett. Not really getting kumquats, but there is a fruitiness for sure. Medium body, low carbonation. Once again, loving the dry hopped sour thing!

Poured from a bottle. Aroma is fruity with a nice tropical fruit character, especially pineapple. Moderate lemon and light orange notes. Medium light hop character adds some grass, but also a nice funky herbal note. Some hop resin and grapefruit. Reminds me of the aroma is Rare Barrel dry hopped sours. Pours a cloudy, pale yellow gold with a small, thin, white head that recedes quickly to the edges. Medium light lacing and small legs. Flavor has moderate acidity with a nice citrus character, especially some lemon. Light lime and grapefruit. Moderate tropical fruit notes with a lot of pineapple and mango. Light stone fruit. Medium light bitterness and light hop flavor of pine and grapefruit. Rather juicy. Mouthfeel is medium light bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a nice beer with a lot of juicy pineapple and citrus character. Hop character is really nice, especially in the aroma but lacks a bit in the flavor.
