75cl Fles van Etre Gourmet. Mistig diepgouden kleur, witte kraag. Bloemig, grassig, licht fruitig, moutig, bloem, licht herbaal, bitter. Lichte body. Is dit bier echt anders elk jaar? Hoe dan ook, weer erg smakelijk.

Bottle. Yearly must have. Color: Slightly hazy golden, large frothy white head. Aroma: Floral and grassy hop, malty. Taste: Malt, some hay, nice grassy and floral hopbitterness coming in after a second or two. Spicy and light yeasty hints. Bread notes. Nice very long lasting very dry and bitter finish. Bitter palate. Just over medium body, average carbonation. Starting moderate sweet and moderate bitter, going to over medium bitterness at the finish. Very nice, like every year before!

750ml bottle at home, by the fire, 21st December 24. Pours a golden blond. Aroma is bright, floral and citrus. Taste is bitter, refreshing, grassy, herbal, skunk, intense and earthy, a long bitter lingering finish. Another great Harvest for De Ranke

Light hazy, blond colour, white creamy foam. Incredible hoppy nose, bitter, citrussy, grassy with dry and bitter hoppy finish. Again a great hop harvest.

Draft @ De Ranke taproom. Une version toujours plaisante a decouvrir - sans pour cela savoir quel houblon est pris chaque annee. Aussi plaisant de pouvoir la deguster sur place a Dottignies.
Couleur pale, col épais crémeux blanc cassé.
Arôme est frais bien houblonné, floral sur branche - retour noble du houblon avec un effet rappelant un houblonné entre le belge et anglais le tout avec cette sensation de houblon fraichement récolté.
Palais sur une belle base bien maltée qui garde cette approche tres De Ranke et rustique belge. Léger caramel, pâle marque et léger pils. Amertume fin en fin de bouche, noble belge voire allemand avec un caractère terreux généreux. Pointe de fruits secs oscillant sur l'abricot et petite touche douce de feuilles de thé en infusion.
