(Draft at Nüetnigenough, Brussels, 19 Sep 2025) Golden colour, slightly hazy, with frothy white head. Hoppy nose with notes of citrus, herbs, bread and grass. Hoppy, malty taste with bread, citrus, herbs, grain and a fresh, balanced herbal/grassy bitterness. Medium body, with a slight sweetness. Hoppy, well balanced and harmonious, with a really fresh herbal hop character. Very nice.

Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. Moderate maælty and hoppy aroma. Moderate bitter flavor. Average modetate bitter finish. Oily palate.

Hazy orange, small, frothy, off-white head. Grass, citrus zest, clove, bread crust, starch, yeast, white pepper, kiwi, unripe pear. Sweetish apple & pear, bitter clove & pepper, bready maltiness. Bitter grassy hops, clove, citrus pith. Medium body, moussy texture, average carbonation. Typical Belgian elements and recognisable De Ranke bitterness.

Pretty clear orange blond beer, small creamy white head, a little stable, a bit adhesive. Aroma: a bit malty up front, grassy notes, some apples, floral, slightly soapy impression. MF: ok carbon, medium to full body. Taste: floral, a bit malty, good bitterness, fruity, very pleasant. Aftertaste: more malts, a bit yeasty, some banana, a bitter touch.

Flaska från Etre Gourmete drucken med ölföreningen. Doft av belgisk jäst, örter, blommor och gräs. Fin kropp, krisp och ändå smoth. Perfekt balanserad smak mellan beska örter och blommigt gräsig humle och den fruktiga och brödiga malten och jästen. Mycket gott

On tap at Moeder Lambic Fontainas. Pours clear gold with a white head. Sweet malts and doughy hops on the nose. Flavour has dry Belgian yeast, a bit herbal, dry grass. Very nice.

On tap at Moeder Lambic Fontainas, pours a clear golden with a medium beige head. Aroma has a nice spicy Belgian yeast character, bready malt, and floral hops. Flavour is bitter and bright, with lots of floral, bitter hops, bready malt, and spicy Belgian yeast. Bitter, spicy, and floral finish. Perfect balance. Excellent.

Bottled 750ml. -at Ambasada Zagreb. Unclear golden coloured, medium sized off-white head, lively carbonation, floral and light yeasty nose. Yeasty, hoppy, herbal, light citrusy and floral with quite bitter finish.
