Small, bit Champenoise-like head by fine pearling in cleare copper-golden beer. End of bottle fully yeast-laden. Smells form opening as herbs from the roadside. And I do get some horseblanket/Brettanomyes notes. Of course quite spicy, Fantôme obliging. Shoepolish and Bretts. Spiciness isn't overly obvious in the mouth. The flavour is not 100% clean, but I don't find traces of infection. Some grains (wheat?). Mild acidthinning and -burn; medium to well-carbonated. Wheat(?)slickness. Quite nice sour, with a distinct lambic-y touch. Quite well done, Dany! Txs to Stef!

Kind of an odd Buddha's Hand flavor. Aroma is quite odd as well, never got to be that desirable or enjoyable. Not my favorite. At least it wasn't a gusher.

Draft. Amber beer with a whitish head. Tart aroma. Sour and grapefruit flavor with floral notes and light soap. Medium bodied. Sourness and grapefruit linger with light soap and floral notes.

Sample at Max's Belgian Fest 2025 pours a murky dark yellow with a ring of white head. Nose has herbs and hops, continental but spicy and nearly dank. Straw and grain. Flavor is nice. Saison to a T. Peppery and grainy, straw and yeast. This is well balanced if not perhaps a pinch of candy sweetness on the end.

Spicy, soapy, floral and fruity with some funky farmyardy notes, yeastiness, mild sourness and hints of citrus vibes. A bit unbalanced

On tap at Proletariat, pours a hazy bright orange with a small white head. Aroma is quite bitter, with orange bitters, wild yeast, and some oakiness. Flavour is earthy, with wild yeast, orange bitters, and some dirty water. Slightly phenolic but a nice wild yeast and hoppy bitterness character. Decent.

A bit of haze on a orange beer with a white head. Tart citrus, light spice, slightly sour, a bit of light toasty malt, hay. Medium bodied. Nicely carbonated. Finish is medium dry with some tangy sour citrus. I wasn’t sure where this was headed after my first sip but it really grew on me and by the end I was loving this beer.
