This is a hugely pungent DIPA that is solely dry-hopped with a very exciting experimental NZ variety currently named NZH-109. This smelled great out in the fields back in March and we are expecting big things!

Hot side hops: NZH-106, NZH-109, cold side hops: NZH-109

Panda thanks to Cloin. Hazy gold beer, slightly dirty looking, small but tidy bubbly pale cream colour head. Airy palate, semi dry, decent fine minerally carbonation. Light malts, a light creamy sweetness. Smooth cooling pine. Some Manalita red grapefruit, soft pine. Touches or mango and pineapple. Decent hop spice on the semi dry finish. Good dipa, lighter and cleaner than the hyped Tired Hands dipa that preceded it.
