This collaboration with our friends at ABYSS Brewing takes inspiration from their Tropical Thunder IPA, a super juicy heavily hopped pina colada inspired beer. Our version uses a tweaked malt bill and recipe designed for extra juiciness. We dry–hopped this beer with Sabro, Citra, Azacca and Sorachi Ace, with a goal to produce intense mango, passionfruit, pine and coconut aromatics in addition to a touch of yuzu to garnish with a perfumed citrus backbone in the mix.
