Allein durch die besondere Kombination aus Hopfen und Hefe erlangt diese Kreation einen besonders vollmundigen, fruchtig tropischen Geschmack. Die beigefügte Laktose unterstreicht die Samtigkeit und rundet das Genusserlebnis ab.

Tap at Winter Affair 2026. Murky yellow body, off-whtie head. Citric, resinous, bit oxidized aroma. Smooth citric and resinous taste, ending dry and bitterish, qutie lighter oxidation. Didn't hate it, didn't thrill me.

Taster from tap at Beer Culture Days, Vienna. yellow murky color, small white head. smells mango, exotic fruits, grassy, earthy, light washcloth. Overall nice smell. medium body, soft carbonation. tastes mango, earthy, little berry notes, lactose, vanilla. finishes lightly sweet and lightly bitter with notes of mango, lactose and exotic fruits. Nice one overall. Good to drink

A: coconut, pineapple, lime zest, cheese.
T: sweet pineapple & lychee, coconut, citrus pith, bit dank.
F: floral & herbal hops, dank onion, juicy tropical fruits.
P: medium body, fluffy-creamy texture, soft carbonation.
Nice Hazy with quasi-Milkshake IPA characteristics.

Cremiger, sehr fruchtiger Beginn. Hafer, Pfirsich, moderate Herbe, wenig Mandarine, alkoholische Tendenzen. Spritzig, voluminöses Mundgefühl, cremig bleibend, weich hopfiger Abgang, zunehmend hellmalzig. 9/11/11/11/10/11

Da uns Bevog am Superbeerfest nicht mehr mit neuen betrohten Tierarten erfreute, griff ich zum anderen tierischen Bier. Dies ist nach einem bunten australischen Papagei 🦜 (Trichoglossus moluccanus) benannt, der auch in mancher Voliere zu sehen ist. Das Bier 🍺 ist ein schön aromatisches IPA, dem beim Brauen Haferflocken zugegeben wurden. Dadurch wird es etwas milder und man bekommt einen angenehm runden Geschmack 😄, ohne auf eine frische Hopfenbittere verzichten zu müssen. Etwas schönes neues für mich, das man gern probieren sollte.
