Cask @ The Boot, Wellington. Pours a dull dark brown, no head. Completely flat with no life at all. Smells old, tastes about 35 years old with an aged barley wine feel rather than a malty sweet wee heavy. Something clearly hasn't gone to plan. Couldn't finish unfortunately.

Hand-pulled third of a pint on 22nd January 2024 in the Boot. Moody looking, dull dark brown, no head and slightly hazed, not in a great condition really. Malty and semi-sweet, boozy but sad, rather than full of life and lively.
