Back to raspberries for this sour, supported with juicy mango. Our standard malt bill of extra pale and wheat malt is softened with the addition of oats. All held together with a touch of vanilla and subtle salinity in the finish.

Keg at Craft Beer Junction, Enid Street, 18/10/23. Watermelon pink with a fast escaping white head. Nose is pissy berries, light funk, citric nip, hay bale. Taste comprises raspberry yoghurt, berry pips, grass, hedgerow, hint of vanilla. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a light puckering kiss. Decent refresher.

Keg @ Tap and Can. Hazed peachy pink.. looks a bit like carrot juice in this light, good raspberry presence, nicely sour.. decent

Bottle share at CBJ. Keg. Hazy bright watermelon colour beer, small pinkish head. Light fairly dry palate, decent fine minerally carbonation. Touches of lemon and ripe watermelon. Mild pine. Light dry finish. Just a mild tartness. Nice enough.

Keg at Craft Beer Junction - London. Pours cloudy pink with a small, creamy white head. Lightly sweet with fairly bright berry character, low acidity, a little wheaty sugar. Light bodied with spritzy carbonation. Finishes with further mellow tart berry character. Not bad.

Cask at the St Albans beer festival 2023. A thick pink orange coloured pour with a a fading white head. Aroma is, creamy vanilla, mango, raspberry, juicy.. Flavour is composed of spicy raspberry, pithy sour, creamy wheat, porridge, grass, lemon. Palate is sour, prickly, lemon, creamy. Moderate carbonation. Bit strange that this is on cask.
