Blood orange , raspberries, coriander and Cornish sea salt got stuffed into this super refreshing Gose. Soured with a yeast isolated from grapes which naturally produces lactic acid, ethanol and a complex ester - a wicked alternative to kettle souring with Lacto bacteria.
Super drinkable - not overly sour but tart from the freshest pureed fruit we could find - blood oranges and raspberries crammed in at the end of the ferment

Can on the Norfolk Dumpling, thanks to Simon47574, 27/01/24. Moderately hazed orange with a reddish glint topped with a thin white crown. Nose is red berry fruits, straw, hedgerow, herb. Taste comprises sharp orange, hay bale, lactic tan, balsa wood. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a balanced puckering bite. Decent refresher.

440ml can. Hazy orange, no head. Aroma of orange, citrus peel. Taste has plenty of orange, it's sour and salty as you'd expect, the raspberry is very subtle in spite of their own description though. A decent, tasty gose that retains the traditional characteristics but the fruit additions are lacking.

Keg @ Tap and Can. Unclear rusty orange, thin white head. Crisp sherbetty orange.. kind of ok, not quite doing it for me overall
