Coconut Candy Hazy IPA is brewed with copious amounts of coconut candy in the mash courtesy of the Valley of the Latte, and toasted coconut in the fermenter. We were stoked to brew an IPA that celebrates a classic Guam snack, and grateful to do so in collaboration with Savagewood Brewing so that our friends and family in San Diego can have a little taste of Guam as well

Can shared at the Ekstraliga beer share with Grumbo and ITFCDan. Aroma of waxy, coconut, tropical pineapple and soapy. Taste is fruity, dry and bitter. Decent.

Sample thanks to Grumbo, shared with blackhaddock. Deep gold pour, thin white head. Candyfloss aroma, definite sweet candy to taste, coconut seems quite mild, a touch of the finish. Ok. Never thought this kind of thing would be made in Guam.

Mega tasting session with Minutemat at my place on 6th November 2023. Panda from Grumbo. Dull golden body, wispy head, not really 'hazy' but there is a candy floss and coconut presence within the nose and taste; almost interesting!

21/10/2023. Can shared at EBGP. Courtesy of Richard, cheers! Guam rating #5. Pours clear pale golden amber with a frothy white head. Aroma is very waxy, coconut, soapy, tropical. Medium sweetness and light bitterness. Medium body, average carbonation. Enjoyable.
