Dedicated to the flowing Brooks of the Somer Valley. Crisp yet smooth and brewed with our premium, home-grown Somer Valley Farms malt. A touch of Wheat and a kiss of Vienna compliments Hallertau Mittelfrüh throughout the brew-day. Cold conditioning brings a soft finishing Helles with subtle wine driven flavours balancing out those lager tones.

Keg from the brewer's own stall at the Chippenham Food and Drink Festival. Lightly hazed gold with a white head and a moderate prickly fizz. Grassy to the fore with a light minerality set against some soft caramel notes in the background. Crisp finish. It's quite alright as lagers go, but nothing special.
