Keg draught at Llandoger Trow, Bristol. Light to medium yellow gold, hazy with a tiny ring g of white head. Sweet pastry aroma, a little touch of citrus. More oing on when I down a sip. The sweet pastry gives way to a proper Key lime bitter/sourness. Its git a medium body but the carbonation is intense. So well done

Draught, half pint. @Godt Ol, Copenhagen (Denmark). 10/05/2024 [#7.331 Global - #920 England - #3 Yonder Brewing and Blending] Pours hazy pale golden with a white head. Aroma: vanilla, lime and citrus. Taste: lime cake, marshmallows and zest. Zesty mouthfeel. Next one, please!

On keg at the White Hart, Wells, July 2023. Hazy gold in colour, with a tight, white, head. Big aroma of tart lime and vanilla. Flavour had a lot more lime fruitiness, digestive biscuit sweetness, and a creamy marshmallow edge, leading to a tartish finish. Excellent.

Keg @ Drink? Hebden Bridge. Hazy paler golden with a very thin head. Interesting mix in aroma of lime, spice and pastry, which in the latter aspect is essentially its vanilla addition. More lime in taste than anything else, but again an eclectic mix of tastes exists here too. Nothing too sour given this is its style.

Can at home. Pours hazy golden, nose is lime, digestive, marshmallow, taste is juicy zesty lime, tart, creamy marshmallow.

Keg @ The White Hart, Wells. Pours a misty yellow with a lasting pure white head. Creamy key lime cheese cake aroma, pretty vivid key lime pie character overall with defined cheesecake coming through remarkably well with a tangy close.
