Can. Poured a nice bright clear yellow color with a medium sized white head. Aroma was straw, grain, some light salt. Flavor was very mild, was very drinkable. At the December DC Ratebeer tasting.

12oz can pours a clear gold with a huge cap of white head. Nose is candy, straw, some green grass thing. Flavor is mostly saison with a little salt. Oily but otherwise medium bodied finish.

Salt, a little citrus. Clear golden pour with ok head. Kelp is very light, just a little vegetable bitterness in the end. Can.

Tap @ Oxbow, Portland. Misty gold appearance, white head. Sea salt and sugar kelp not particularly noticeable, tastes more like limey citrus.. refreshing stuff nonetheless.

12oz watching Celts playoff game. Cloudy gold and a finger of head. Nose is lemon, and farm, and some seascape. Tastes of lemon, biscuits, hay, horse stable, light sea salt and the kelp adds faint funky seaside. Funky finish. Quite nice.

355 mL canned 3/21/23, drunk 5/13/23. Lightly hazy, lemony-brass. White head, small, quickly to cover. Smells like oxbows classic saison yeast. Fruity, a touch of spicy phenols, white pepper and rich minerality. That's all I get from the nose, and that's great. Clean, not much in the way of hops and with a mix of biscuit and honey-like malts. Soft and malty, with good acidity from Sacchs. White pepper, honey, tons of biscuit and good attenuation and depth. Don't get a sense of the adjuncts. Don't really get any salinity or sugar/umami from the kelp. That's fine, this is a clean, flawlessly executed traditional saison.

Lemon color pour. Lemon nose with bready notes. Very sour and hard for me to drink. Light bodied and light carbonation.
