Like biting into a fresh apple. We brewed a hard cider with Honeycrisp apples and added a touch of wildflower honey to give you bit of sweetness. This semi-sweet hard cider is crisp, tart and juicy to give you the Honeycrisp taste. Just close your eyes and enjoy the apple.

Draught at Lilac Hedge Farm, 5/29/26.
Lovely aromatics with crisp and floral apple notes, lots of skin and light tannin. Clean with no excessive sugar. Not getting the honey in the nose, which is great.
Sweeter in the mouth, though, and it just tastes sugary, not necessarily of honey. A shame they feel the need to sweeten it. Cider gets lost in the sweetness, unfortunately. Round, soft, slick mouthfeel.

Pint at a pizza place in Bar Harbor with my wife. Opaque, pale orange, lingering froth. Sweet, prickly tart nose, a touch soapy & grassy. Sweet, condensed, applesauce, fresh eating apples, nice tartness, probably back-sweetened, barely fermented, force carb. No sulfite headache. Slight malt trash boozy bite on the very tail once it started to get warm. Quaffable with a buffalo chicken beer when ice cold. Cheers.

Draft @ Carlson Orchards. Pours golden yellow with a light misty complexion. Sweet floral apple aroma. Very soft honey sweetness, nice unfiltered hazy character, finishing generally clean with a citrussy linger.
