Can from Craft Bar Pitmedden. Started fizzing outta the can when I took it out my bag! It pours hazy golden - orange with a thick, fluffy white head. The aroma is musty, brett, funk, stanky damp basement, earthy, dull honey, wet leaves, touch of spice, lactic twang, natural yoghurt, fragrant, floral, elderflower and daisies. The taste is crispy, dry, firm, dry, woody, tannin, fragrant, floral, daisies, grass, bready malt, snappy biscuit, twist of citrus, slightly soapy, toasty grain and cereal with a drying finish. Average body and moderate, foamy carbonation. Interesting funky ale. Previous raters perhaps a touch mean... Has some depth.

Can from the brewery. Pours hazed gold with a large beige head. Overcarbed. Light sour, citrus, honey sweetness, a touch yeasty. Medium body with foamy carbonation.

440ml can from Cherry Red's, quaffed on the train home. Misty golden yellow with a good white head. Distant honey and citrus aroma. Low carbonation, with light honey, lemon and citrus zest coming through nicely. Lacks a little life but enough colourful shades shine through.

Keg at Heidrun, HW, 19/05/22. Clear golden blonde with a decent white cap. Nose is pale malts, grains, faint honey, citric zest. Taste comprises crisp malts, grass, ight honey, floral notes, lemon zest. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. It's fine if a touch pedestrian.
