Together with Pressure Drop we bring you a small, crisp, refreshing beer, with a hint of citrus. Patersbier means Father’s or Grandfather’s Beer and this one dedicated to our brewer Bates’ Paterfamilias Wallace. His Father, Grandfather, late Brother and Nephew all carried the family name. Raise a glass to the guiding hand of loved ones past and present and pay them tribute with this beer.

Keg at Crafty Theory 2022. Aroma is has spice, sherbet, yeast. Opaque amber. Thin white head. Reminds me of a white - cloves, yeasty. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Average carbonation. Long finish. Nice.

Keg @ Tap and Can. Misty yellow pour, thin white head. Very light and thin, verging on watery, vague Belgian air. Refreshing daytime quencher, but otherwise hard to see the appeal of it.

Keg at the Experiment - Hackney. Pours perfectly clear yellow-gold with a dense, creamy pure white head. Lightly sweet with some crunchy grains, straw, grass, biscuits, wheat flakes, mellow bitterness, a nip of yeast. Light bodied with average carbonation. Clean bitter grassy finish, more pale biscuits. Delicious.
