This hazy Pale Ale was fermented with a clean West Coast yeast to provide wonderful Nelson Sauvin hops with plenty of space in which to express themselves. We adore the aromatics of tropical fruit, citrus and grape, this famous New Zealand hop can provide.

[March 2022] Hazy orange gold with a bubbly white head and a soft tropical fruit aroma. Over-carbonated to be honest, semi-dank tropicals atop a subtle light biscuit malt base and a soft bitterness finishing thinsg off

440ml can from SophiesBeerStore.co.uk. Pours a misty orange, frothy white head. Bright fruity sweet nose, dank and tropical. Taste continues nicely on this theme, really great Nelson Sauvin showcase, perhaps more tropical and pineappley than seen previously. Moderate to light carbonation. Some floral hints, but quite juicy and sweet overall. Very good.

Can. Beer Stop Dronfield. Fairly murked up dark yellow. Shiny CW swede. Nose has twangy and sharp hop leaf. Citrus pith and fresh zest. Some sweet pear like notes. Creamy malt backdrop. Taste follows on with the twangy and sharp thing. Plenty of crisp bitterness with just a moderate malt and oat sweetness. Fresh and easy drinking with fine carbonation. More bitterness to finish drying out considerably along the way.
