As we're gradually edging closer and closer toward a core range finally dropping, we wanted to make a little end of summer showcase to some of our favourite hops of 2021 in a series that we hope will become a yearly release every August. We seemed to fully embrace Idaho7 when it first dropped onto our radars in early 2020, and then all of a sudden it vanished. The latest crop has made us fully converted Idaho-heads however, and we've absolutely loved using it in our beers this year. A varietal that positively bursts with tropical flavours a-plenty, this beer is pure and unadulterated pineapple juice - the only thing missing from it is a mini-parasol and sparkler to complete that holiday vibe. A laid back, super moreish pale, and a high point for this burgeoning range.
