375ml bottle, sophiesbeerstore.co.uk. Misty gold appearance, medium white head. Bretty almond with nutty spelt-like suggestions. Interesting, fresh, revealing wild layers. Liking Epochal output so far. A bit rough around the edges at first but seem to settle into a wild, breezy soft herbal feel.

Bottle, online from Rad Beer. Pours hazed pale golden with a frothy white cap. Aroma: grains. lemon, light funk, hay, floral. Taste: dry with light to moderate bitterness, musty, very herbal, woody, earthy, light floral, spicy hints. Medium body with foamy carbonation. Interesting but a little too dry, needs a modicum of sweetness imo. The aroma was better than the taste.

Panda 🐼 at home thanks to Wingman. A light hazed peachy gold coloured pour with a loose fading white head. Aroma is grassy herbal, oak tannin, green veg, woody funk, cucumber. Flavour is composed of stale grains, toast, grassy hop, oak, cucumber, green veg, oak, mellow funk. Palate is soft grainy, lowish carbonation. Not great.

Panda at home, thanks to Dave, 30/10/21. Lightly hazed orange with a moderate just off white cap than thins edgewards. Nose is stewed fruit, grains, herbs, damp wood, lemon rind. Taste comprises tarte fruit rinds, hint of orchard wood, herb, grains, lemon rind. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, light drying close Ok offering if a little stuck between 3rd and 4th gear.

Bottle. Beer Central, Sheffield. Haze pale gold. Very decent white foam stays the course. Nose has wet grain. Dried lemon rind. Touch of funk. Some mineral. Taste is dry and light bitter. Smooth mouthfeel with foamy carbonation. Dry and bitter finish. Ok, other than a bit of a cardboard thing in the background throughout.

Bottle from Appellation Wines. Pours clear golden with a thin white head. Aromas of light vegetables and straw. Taste is green peas and herbs. There's something woody going on at the back. Nice.

Bottle from Appellation Wines. Appearance - clear golden with a big fluffy head, with frantic carbonation. Nose - green beans, mushy peas, generally green, herbaceous and light funk. Taste - pea and mint as per previous reviewer. Fresh and slightly bitter salad. Not much funk. Palate - light bodied, refreshing bitterness and good persistence. Only slightly funky. Overall - really interesting beer.
