Our first single hop release, and what a hop it is. The Simcoe on offer this year was nothing short of outstanding, so when it came to choosing what hop to take centre stage.... it really didnt take long to decide. With heaps of aromatics both green and tropical, bitterness and flavour its easy to see how this hop has become such a go to for so many. Brewed with our favourite selection of IPA Malt, Oat Malt, Flaked Oats and house yeast. The perfect foundation has been laid for the Simcoe to shine. Dry Hopped with a generous dash of Cryo it gives you that big ol' whack of citrus peel, pine and super ripe stone fruits, all rounded out with a classic gentle bitterness. Making for a real easy IPA drinking experience. This may have been our first single hop release but it certainly wont be our last.

440ml can Sophie's Beer Store. Hazed pale yellow appearance, with a medium sized white head. Floral piney citrus nose. Crisp, hoppy palate with good leafy pine needles and a firm bitterness. Quite the flavoursome fellow.

Can from Clapton Craft, Kentish Town on 30th March 2021. Pours hazy yellow amber with thick off-white foam and spot lacing. Zesty aroma. Rich grapefruit citrus in-mouth with bitter peel. A zesty finish. Masses of body and a smooth mouthfeel. Superb.

440ml can – Pours a hazy golden colour with a small white head that quickly settled. The aroma is citrusy, grapefruit, lemon and pale malts. A moderately sweet taste, bready malts, pithy orange and apricot flavours with a smooth creamy mouthfeel and citrusy hop bitterness.

Can at home in Hackney - picked up from Clapton Craft. Pours cloudy yellow-gold with a foamy, white head. Nice, fresh citrus hop character, supportive pale bread, light lemon rind bitterness, some tangerine, melon. Light to medium bodied with fine carbonation. Pithy finish, more vibrant citrus fruits, bready pale malts, very slight minerality, pureed citrus. Tasty.
