Dark red with a large foamy pink head that left great lacing. Tar and tangy with strong raspberry. Long finish. Medium body.

Canned 1/29/25, drunk 8/5/25.
Hint of haze in this vibrant blackberry-colored liquid. Small, purple-tinged head.
A bit grapey? But it's just black raspberry so I guess that's it. Smells great, though. Fruity and soft and rich and clean with moderate acidity.
Grapey, but juicy, rich, soft, malty and clean with proper acidity and balance. A flavorful, balanced beer right in UA's wheelhouse.

Wow, this beer was a very good surprise! I was leery of this because the label made me think this was just another fruity malt beverage allky bomb. It is not! Listed here as a fruit beer, it probably should be in the wild beer or lambic category. When I first started sipping his stuff it reminded me of lindeman's frambois. Yes, when I popped the lid on this can it smelled like. mild raspberries, tart to the olfactory and it made my mouth water. The look of this stuff is also nice, it appears deep purple and cloudy. And, don't forget to swish the can when you pour it; its lovely down in there! Taste is fantastically wild and tart, but it doesn't ever let you forget its a beer! I found nothing artificial about this brew what so ever. Very satisfying beer drinken session. Excellent palate with good sizzle as well. I got another one of these capy's and can't wait to taste it. Big thanks UA! Could drink a few of these with a prob!

Pours hazy purple with minimal head. It says black raspberry but for some reason when I smell it I keep thinking grapes more than anything. The flavor is lightly tart. It’s sweet, malty, and very fruity. Again… grapes? I think some blackberries too. It’s alright. A bit odd.

Raspberry, vanilla, malt, and straw aroma. Dark purple with large lilac head. Moderately sweet raspberry, vanilla, malt, mildly sour citric acid, and mildly bitter straw flavor. Good body.
