On tap @ Bergen Ølfestival. Pours pitch black, with a small, creamy, mocha head. Aroma is pure, floating sweetness, with chocolate, marshmallows, sweet caramels, peanuts and vanilla, as well well as sugar, lactose and sweet, sugary coffee thrown in for good measures. Pretty damn well done, as long as that shot of insulin is nearby. Creamy body, with soft carbonation. Flavour is dark roasted malts, with cocoa, muscovado, vanilla and wooden notes, as well as toffee and marshmallows. Lingering sweet malty finish. Sweet and way over the top, yet strangely balanced and dangerously drinkable.

On tap at NaparBCN. Pours black with a tan head. Bourbon, vanilla, sweet, strong chocolate, coffee, blackcurrant, bit more coffee, not too much booze. Full body. Very tasty.

Keg at the bottle shop druid Street. A dark black brown coloured pour with a a lasting tan head. Aroma is some hot alcohol, solvent, spicy cinnamon, brown sugars, brown marshmallows. Flavour is composed of medium sweet, woody sugars, tangy dired fruit cake, cinnamon, alcohol, dark choc,. Palate is full bodied, tangy, oily, velvety.. Nice.

Keg at the Bottle Shop - Bermondsey. Pours oily black-brown with a small, frothy tan head. The nose has some dry roast, dark fruits. Medium sweet flavour with modest chocolate, some raisins and other dark berries, a little booze, burnt wood. Full bodied with fine carbonation. Warming finish, more dark malts, blackberries, creamy chocolate. Nice and fun.

Tap@Rbabarrab, Copenhagen - Black pour with a small tan head. Sweet dark malty with opulent prominent chocolate, just a slight roasty nuance going on, some seeet vanilla kicks in, some caramel, velvety smooth mouthfeel, medium body, slight wooden accents, bold bourbon hit into the sweet dark malty finish. Lovely.

Keg at Bottle Shop Bermondsey. Pours jet black with a thin tan head. Aroma is a good slug of bourbon, cocoa, marshmallow and a little coconut. Taste is a boozy bourbon hit with a sweet marshmallow finish. A little chocolate in there but it all balances wonderfully to be not too sweet. A solid pastry impy

Soft dark chocolate laden malts, smooth malt cream. Tangy fruity bourbon underneath. Mild spice. Mild marshmallow sweetness. Smooth light spicy finish. Nose is better than the taste but it's a light and very crushable beer.
