Draft. A hazy amber beer with a yellowish head. The aroma has notes of citrus fruits, wood, brett, and a bit of caramel. The flavor is a bit sour with notes of brett, wood, cocoa, berries, and lemons, leading to a tart finish.

On tap at På Kornet, Stavanger. Pours hazy amber with white head. Aroma of effervescent powder, horse stable, lemon, red berries, wood. Taste tart and sour, but well balanced by sweetness. A slightly bitter aftertaste, as well as a little salt. A clean and straight lambic with an interesting twist.

Tap @ Cascade Barrelhouse, Portland. Pours misty golden amber, off-white head. Light oaky cognac nose. Smooth, amber malt, toasted oak, fruity sour funk, interesting but no cocoa presence unfortunately.

500ml bottle. Sour, vinegary and oaky with some berries, earthy notes, oak, hints of cocoa and coffee. Okay.

375 ml bottle from MBC, 2017 vintage. Amber, hazy body, with a medium, yellowish head. Aroma of citrus, wood, moderate almond, some peach, apple. Tastes quite similar, with more sour fruits, some vinegar, some alcohol. Medium, a bit creamy mouthfeel, with an average carbonation. Finishes a bit boozy, medium sour, medium sweet, with green apple skin, citrus, wood, almond, moderate stone fruits, slight vinegar. Nice one, while not special. Not fully balanced in my opinion, too much alcohol and I don't get any cocoa. Nice green apple in the finish though. I was expecting a bit more, while still enjoyable. Score: 7 / 3 / 7 / 4 / 14

0,5l bottle at home shared by Saeglopur, big thanks. Vintage 2017. amber hazy color, small white head. smells earthy, wood, spices, grassy, nice smell not overly complex. full body, soft carbonation. tastes with some sweetness, stone fruits, marzipan, wood, grassy, earthy, some cellar notes. finishes sweet and sour with notes of stone fruits, some sugar and some spices. heavy, not bad, bit weird, rather on the sweet side, i get some hints that taste like off flavours, but they are so subtle so I cant tell if they really are. not that easy to drink. dont get any cocoa nibs.
