BIAB at GBBF: Poured an orangish with white bubbles. Funky fermented apples. Taste is light vinegar front but not sour apples.

BIAB sample from GBBF 2019 courtesy of Grumbo, cheers Graham! Pale yellow gold colour, no head and aroma of leafy apple. Taste is sweet, fruity, mellow apple, with some tartness and vinegary funk. Medium bodied, low carbonation, medium-sweet slightly tart finish. Quite drinkable.

ABV: 7.4%. Light unclear medium yellow colour with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy apple, green apples, tart apples, sweet apples, light barnyard. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, sweet apple, green apples, apple, sweet - sugary almost caramelish apple. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is flat. [20190808]

Cask @ Chelmsford Beer & Cider Festival. Clear yellow without head. Aroma is sweet apples and red apples. Flavor is quite sweet. Sweet finish. 150218

Cask at the 2018 Chelmsford & Mid Essex Beer & Cider Festival. Pours pale gold with a very small off-white head. Aroma of sweet apples and light caramel. Heavy sweetness, light bitterness and touch of sour. Medium body, sticky texture, soft carbonation.
