Bottle. La Tana Brussels. Mostly clear deep yellow. No head. Looks like a buttery Chardonnay. Nose has musty grape. Sweet grape skin. Bit of sweaty funk. Some oak. Taste is tart and light sharp. Flicker of fruity sweetness. Clean and dry with fine brisk carbonation. Grape skin bitterness to finish. Nice. Went well with a pile of charcuterie and creamy cheese.

Taste: Moderate to over moderate tart, white grape, grapeskin, oak wood. Tannins. Very dry, astringent mouthfeel. Subtle farmyard and bit horseblanket like wild yeast funk. Backlog. Flaska på Barski, bäst före utgången av 2020. Näst intill helt klart gulguldig färg, utan krona. Ingen kolsyra. Bra och djup syra, mycket fat, druvjuice, citronjuice. Mycket gott.

Tap at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours clear blonde, with limited very fine white foam. Aroma is quite nice and intense with barn, wild bacteria. Body is full, with average but tickling carbonation. Taste is medium-high sour. Final is average in length, still fairly intense.

I Draught /I Small white head over hazy greenish yellow beer. Lactic acid with strong hints of white wine, white grapes. Wry-bitterish before sour(ish). Again vinous. Wryness keeps lingering, even affecting the MF. Wood, unripe green berries, non-vitifera grapes. Dry-out effect, light body but nowhere thin. It grew on me. Far from bad. edr
