A bold IPA that showcases hops front and center. A light malt profile allows citrusy aromatics and tropical fruit flavors to shine through a crisp, hoppy finish.

Bottle courtesy of Milivoje, consumed in Serbia. Obviously a bit old, ok. Hazy bright golden, frothy golden like foam a bit irregular. Oxidation and reminessence of what this ipa was. Resin, malty and yeasty. Mouth: it (was) resinous and freshly hoppy, certainly. Over now, but I can spot how it was once.

12 oz bottle on 11th Dec 2017 at my daughters place in California. Really enjoyed this. Golden pour, white head. Hoptastic aroma and taste, piney, fruity and resiny, not too citrusy compared to many New Wave IPA's about. Good bitter finish, I am warming to Karl Strauss beers.

Bottle, 9C. Palish gold with a white head. Aroma of somewhat herbal citrus (grapefruit, mandarin), some pineapple, crackers. Zippy. Taste is along the lines suggested by the aroma: some crackery and biscuity sweetness, lots of fruity hops, quite bitter at the end - and a little astringent. The malt support is minimal but quality. Good, but the astringency wore a tad.
