Wilson IPA is our flagship IPA. Brewed with copious amounts of fruity and piney hops. Wilson packs a strong hop aroma and flavor of Citrus, Tropical Fruits, and Pine which hides its strong 7.5% ABV. This very light in color beer has a subtle malt backbone, balancing just enough with the bitterness to make a very drinkalbe IPA.

What is a mountain style IPA? Anyway, lemon in the nose, generic citrus flavors. On the lighter side, it’s fair enough.

Can at the house in Jackson - picked up from the local Whole Foods. Pours clear gold with a fluffy, white topping. Light-medium sweet flavour with a nice drop of oily pine, some sun-kissed pale malts, orange peel, bread crust, sturdy bitterness. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Nicely balanced finish, more supportive pale malts, balanced piney bitterness. Really drinkable, solid.

12Fl Oz can (canned on 12th March 2021) from a Total Wine & More store. Drank in OC California at my daughters on 14th December 2021. Sediment floating in my dull and hazed light golden body, white head. Citrussy nose and taste, some piney esters and flavours too. Not as 'exciting' as I'd hoped for, but it was fine and ticks me off another new brewery!
