Fairly hazy deep golden and peach coloured body with a very thin, single centimetre tall off-white head that fades very quickly and leaves just about nothing on top after only a few seconds. Aroma of papaya, mango, guava and even some passionfruit scents with a light alpha acid hoppiness with some perceived bitterness and a nice layer of malts. Light to Medium-bodied; Super pungent tropical fruit flavours dominate here with mangoes and guava front and centre with some light citrus fruits, kumquats and yes, a slight dose of passionfruit shows towards the end, with a good balance of relatively strong malts and some sweetness from the fruits towards the end. Aftertaste is rich, very robust and extremely fruity with a big tropical bite and a good dose of malts and a pungent and floral and especially grassy finish, but the tropical fruit notes are pungent as well. Overall, an enjoyable and very pungent tropically beer with a good bitterness but better balance with the malts and sugars hitting hard. Nice to try and well-recommended for those who like tropically IPAs or even simplistic, West Coast IPAs, too. I sampled this twelve ounce can, purchased from the Department of Beer and Wine in Alexandria, Virginia on 24-July-2020 for US$2,33 sampled at my house here in Washington on 04-February-2021.

This should have been posted awhile ago but I guess I forgot, sorry about that. T.W. Pitchers' Tropic Plunder 6.1% A nice looking opaque dense honey gold with a tropical aroma. The taste gives you the passionfruit and lychee (mostly in the finish) but is a delicious yet generic tropical character that has a touch of dank resinous hoppiness as well. This is quite a solid beer. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Can picked up at SFO. Milky lemon with a thin head. Aroma of citrus and tropical fruit. Flavour is bitter fruit, almost sour, fizzy fruit finish.

Can. A- Tropical fruits, slightly dank, garlic. A- Orange color, cloudy liquid, white head. T- Garlic, onion, grassy, slightly spicy. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, spicy finish. O- Looks like dishwater. Nasty. Aroma is fairly tropical and fruity. Taste is like garlic juice. Definitely not what I want from passion fruit and lychee, both of which I love. This was more like garlic and onion soup. Both of which I love but not in beer. This had a crap load of potential but ended up being a pretty hot mess. Still didn't hate it though.
