The Buechel OGs raid the GABF 2023: Poured a coppery golden with a white colored head. Aroma is pungent apricot. Taste is tangy apricot, grain, little waxy.
LCI solid refreshing lightly apricot-d blonde.

Can. Slightly cloudy dark orange with a small white head. Aroma of apricots and a Belgian Blonde. Taste of apricots, grains and minerals ending in a dry finish. Harsh bitterness that totally puts me off. Strong carbonation. Feels off and very unbalanced. I certainly did not get any enjoyment from it but maybe I wasn’t meant to feel this.

Frothy white good mostly lasting head. Orange colour. Light malty and hoppy nice powerful apricot aroma. MOderate bitter flavor. Some apricot notes. Average moderate bitter finish. Oily palate. Lively carbonated.

355ml can. Cloudy, orange golden to amber colour with average, frothy, rapidly diminishing, white head. Fruity aroma, notes of apricot, dried apricot, mirabelle. Taste is dry hoppy, fruity, rather neutral, pale malty basis with very little residual sweetness, notes of apricot, dried apricot, some mirabelle. Minimally cream-oily, watery texture, smooth, fairly soft, simultaneously slightly dry palate, fine, prickly carbonation. Very well balanced, especially well controlled sweetness, no hints of artificiality - good.

Can. Pours cloudy amber with huge white head. Aroma is intense fresh apricot, physalis and hints of passion fruit. Taste is medium to very sweet, light bitter and light acidic. Body is water with fizzy carbonation. Finish is long and very sweet with notes of fresh apricot, figs, physalis and hints of overripe mango. A bit too sweet and candy like for my taste

12 oz. can purchased at Davidsons Wine & Spirits in Highland Ranch, CO. Thanks G-unit! Pours a cloudy gold color with a very large off-white head and very good retention. Looks like a wheat ale. Decent lacing. Strong apricot aroma. Good natural apricot flavor on a generic beer base. Not too sweet or fruity. Medium body. Good for the style.

Pours the colour of apricot skins, there’s plenty v foam that shrinks slowly.
As authentic an apricot smell as I’ve ever encountered. It’s a balanced smell of sweet and sour without suggesting that sour will dominate.
Sweetish apricots with an additional sweet note or 2 from the malt of the base Blonde Ale. I have to admit; the smell is outstanding, leaving the the taste placing 2nd in a 2 horse race.
Medium body with medium carbonation.
If only the flavours lived up to what those delightful aromas suggested. Still, it’s a lovely drop.
